CELSIUM outdoor saunas are warranted against defects in materials and artistry under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years,
as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and natural weather
conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna (e.g. cleaning or staining). Refer to your sauna
assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence; the manufacturer and associated
retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is parts-only; any service or labour costs would not
be considered part of the 5-year warranty. Sauna heaters are under their original warranty terms listed below.

The warranty does not cover:
1) Public and rental saunas (except upon special agreement);
2) Damage caused during the transport of the Product, incorrect storage or the construction thereof (crushing, scratches, soot stains,
filler/paint splatter, etc.);
3) Damage caused due to the installation of altered (drilled, sawn or disassembled) extra details, incorrectly assembled Products and/or
improperly used Products and extra details;
4) Damage caused due to normal wear and tear when using the Product;
5) Natural qualities of the materials used (e.g. differences in timber grain). Natural timber may crack or bend due to major fluctuations in
humidity and temperature. This does not affect the functioning of the sauna and does not indicate that the timber is of inferior quality;
6) Damage resulting from unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. vandalism, fire, flooding, etc.);
7) Storage of an unassembled Product by the buyer for more than one year;
8) Products that have been stored in unsuitable conditions (excessive humidity, major fluctuations in temperature, temperatures higher than
120 degrees, etc.);
9) Products that have been repaired during the warranty period by persons other than the Manufacturer or a person authorised by the seller

Shipping Time
Expected shipping time for orders within the contiguous United States is 7 business days from receipt of order.

Deliver Flat Pack

Your sauna will arrive securely packaged on a large pallet and placed on your driveway. You may assemble it yourself, or our professional installation team can take care of the full assembly for you.

Deliver Fully Assembled

Your sauna will be delivered as a complete unit. A forklift or crane will be required for unloading; this can be arranged by you, or our team can coordinate it on your behalf for an additional service fee, depending on access conditions.

Full Service (Delivery + Installation)

Includes delivery and professional installation at your location. Typical cost ranges from $500 to $7000, depending on the address and project complexity. Please contact us for an exact quote.
