Luxury Sauna Collection – Shipping & Delivery Policy
Freight Delivery All products sold by Luxury Sauna Collection are large, heavy items shipped via freight carrier. Standard parcel shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS) does not apply. All orders are delivered by specialist freight and logistics partners experienced in handling premium home wellness equipment.
Delivery Area We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Lead Times
- Full Spectrum Infrared Saunas: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation
- Classic Finnish Steam Saunas: 6–8 weeks from order confirmation
- Luxury Hybrid Sauna Suite: 8–10 weeks from order confirmation
Lead times are estimates and may vary. You will be contacted with updates throughout the process.
White-Glove Delivery White-glove delivery is included with all purchases. This includes inside delivery to your room of choice, placement assistance, and removal of all packaging and debris.
Delivery Inspection Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a damage claim.
Damage Claims If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your contact email] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Costs Freight shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and will be provided at checkout or upon request. Contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
