Your LeisureCraft sauna is backed by manufacturer warranty protection for added confidence in your investment.

5-Year Residential Limited Warranty
Products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft, including the Canadian Timber Collection, are covered by a 5-Year Residential Limited Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the date the original purchaser receives the product. For an approved warranty claim, coverage includes eligible replacement parts. Labor, service, and installation costs are not included, and replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period.

Heaters & Accessories
Heaters, stoves, controls, chillers, and select accessories carry their applicable manufacturer warranties. Coverage varies by product and manufacturer and generally ranges from 1 to 5 years. Specific coverage and exclusions depend upon the equipment selected.

Warranty Requirements
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, improper installation or maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow applicable manufacturer installation, operation, and care instructions.

All electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician. Failure to comply with applicable installation requirements may void warranty coverage.

Luxury Sauna Collection is your point of contact for warranty assistance. If you experience an issue, please contact us with your order number, photographs, and a description of the concern. We will assist in coordinating eligible warranty claims with the applicable manufacturer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Your LeisureCraft sauna is handcrafted to order in Ontario, Canada and shipped via insured LTL freight. Standard freight and applicable cross-border charges are included in the product price for delivery within the contiguous 48 United States.

Production & Delivery
Because each sauna is made to order, the estimated timeframe shown on the product page reflects production time unless otherwise stated. Transit time is additional. Production and delivery estimates may vary based on seasonal demand, product configuration, carrier availability, and destination.

Freight Delivery & Unloading
The freight carrier will contact you to coordinate a delivery appointment. Standard delivery is generally curbside or to the end of the driveway and does not include assembly, installation, placement, or unloading of the sauna crate.
Sauna crates are large and heavy. Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate unloading assistance or equipment. Crates measuring 84 inches or less may qualify for liftgate assistance; larger crates generally require appropriate unloading equipment or alternate delivery arrangements.
Please review the packaged dimensions and weight for your selected sauna and plan for unloading before placing your order.

Receiving Your Sauna
Please inspect the shipment carefully before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If the crate or packaging shows visible damage:

• Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.
• Take photographs of the shipment and damaged areas before moving or unpacking it when possible.
• Retain the original crate and packaging.
  
• Contact Luxury Sauna Collection promptly for assistance.

Please inspect the contents promptly after delivery and report any visible or concealed shipping damage to Luxury Sauna Collection within 72 hours of delivery.

Heaters, controls, accessories, and other components may ship separately and arrive at different times.
