Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via LTL freight.
Shipping Times: Shipping and delivery times vary by Finnmark model and current stock availability. Please contact us for the most accurate lead time estimate before placing your order.
Freight Delivery: Finnmark saunas ship via less-than-truckload (LTL) freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment. The freight carrier will contact you in advance to coordinate a delivery date and time window.
What to Expect at Delivery
Your Finnmark sauna arrives secured to a wooden pallet and requires a scheduled freight delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside only, with liftgate service to lower the shipment to ground level. You will be responsible for moving the packaged sauna from the curb to your desired location; placement indoors and assembly are not included.
Please let us know before shipment if your property has limited truck access, a steep driveway, or other delivery challenges so we can help clarify arrangements and any additional charges in advance.
